About this role

Job Summary:

As a Site Manager with our construction development company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Your leadership and management skills will contribute to the timely completion, quality, and safety of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight:

    • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from initiation to completion.

    • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors.

    • Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

  3. Schedule Management:

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.

    • Anticipate and proactively address potential delays or issues.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project standards.

    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards.

  5. Budget Oversight:

    • Monitor project costs, materials, and labor to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

    • Provide timely and accurate reports on project financials.

  6. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

  7. Safety Compliance:

    • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site.

    • Implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
